Common questions
I can’t sign in, or I don’t have an account.
Accounts are created by your organization, not by you. Ask your manager or HR administrator to send or resend your invitation, or to reset your password. Sign in with the email address your organization uses for you.
I only see some of the apps and menus.
What you see depends on which apps your organization has and on your role. If something you need is missing, ask your HR administrator to check your permission level or access settings.
I’m not getting notifications.
Open Settings in the app, make sure “Push notifications on this device” says On, and check that the alert types you want are switched on. Then check your phone: Settings → Notifications → My Coop should be allowed. If you recently changed phones, sign in again on the new one.
The wrong account is signed in on my phone.
In the app go to Settings → Switch account, then sign in with the account you want. Push notifications follow the account that is signed in.
How do I clock in or out?
If your organization turned on time punches for your role, open Time Clock from Home or the More menu. Choose your location, then tap Clock In. Tap Clock Out when you finish.
How do I report a maintenance problem?
Switch to the Maintenance app (or use New Work Order from Home), describe the problem, add photos if helpful, and submit. You can follow its status in Work Orders.
How do I ask about, correct or delete my personal information?
Start with your manager or HR administrator, since your organization keeps these records. You can also email us and we will help route the request. See our Privacy Policy.
Which devices does the app support?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.4 or later.
